Hocking. Athens. Perry Community Action is accepting applications for the position of

Learn & Work Program Transit Driver

The Transit Driver is responsible for the efficient scheduling and transportation of participants in the Learn & Work Program. Duties include transporting participants to and from worksites, communicating with clients regarding scheduling requests, and maintaining and coordinating trip logs.

This is a part-time position based out of the main office in Glouster.

The pay is $7.70 an hour.

Qualifications for this position include, at the minimum, the following:

High School diploma or GED equivalent
computer skills
strong customer communication skills
basic math skills
a valid driver’s license
a good driving record

In addition, a successful candidate will be subject to a background check and
drug and alcohol screening.

Familiarly with Athens County is desirable.
